Section Saf-C 2405.01 - Audits of Unified Carrier Registration Carriers

(a) In addition to the audits required by sections 19(2) and 19(3) of the unified carrier registration agreement, the department shall audit any carrier following any international fuel tax agreement audits or international registration plan audits which reveal the carrier's noncompliance with either of those respective programs.

(b) For the audits required by sections 19(2) and 19(3) of the unified carrier registration agreement and paragraph (a) above, the department shall follow the "UCR Audit Process", available at https://ucrplan.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/UCR_AUDIT_PROCESS_Generic-002.pdf (as accessed and printed on July 16, 2018), available as noted in Appendix B and as contained in Appendix C.
