Section Saf-C 2403.01 - Refunds of Unified Carrier Registration Fees

For purposes of section 10(d)(2) of the unified carrier registration agreement, the department shall not issue a refund of UCR fees to a registrant that ceases its operations before the beginning of the registration year for which fees were paid.
