Section Saf-C 2308.04 - Appointment of Vessel Agent(a) In order to be appointed as a vessel agent by the commissioner, each applicant shall: (1) Complete the application set forth in Saf-C 2308.02;(2) Complete the training requirements set forth in Saf-C 2308.05;(3) Obtain written acknowledgment from the city or town clerk in the municipality where the vessel agent is located, pursuant to Saf-C 2308.08;(4) Complete an interview pursuant to Saf-C 2308.03, if applicable;(5) Obtain a surety bond pursuant to Saf-C 2308.07; and(6) Sign the vessel agent contract pursuant to Saf-C 2308.09.N.H.
