Section Saf-C 2302.04 - Fees(a) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:5, each applicant shall pay the appropriate registration fees along with the registration application set forth in Saf-C 2302.03.(b) Pursuant to RSA 72-A:3 and RSA 72-A:4, each applicant shall pay the appropriate boat fee either prior to or at the time of registration.(c) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:6, vessels which are exempt from fees shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 2302.03.(d) Pursuant to 270-E:3, IV, each application for registration of a vessel subject to a boat fee, pursuant to RSA 72-A:2, shall be accompanied by the fee required by RSA 72-A:2, or a receipt indicating payment of the fee.(e) All fees, except those pertaining to a commercial vessel registration, shall be paid at one of the locations set forth in Saf-C 2302.02(a).(f) All fees pertaining to a commercial vessel registration shall be paid at the division of motor vehicles, as set forth in Saf-C 2302.02(a)(1).N.H.
