Section Saf-C 2102.02 - Information Required(a) An affirmative answer to any of the questions on DSSP 260, (revised March 2017) shall require a clarification on the reverse side of the application form so that a determination of the circumstances can be made.(b) The applicant shall sign DSSP 260 before submitting it to the division of state police. The applicant's signature shall indicate that the applicant: (1) Understands that any information provided by the applicant may be investigated as allowed by law;(2) Consents to the release of information about the applicant's ability and fitness to carry a pistol or revolver; and(3) Certifies that all the statements provided on the application are true, correct and complete.N.H.
