Section Saf-C 2011.04 - Nonpayment of Fines(a) If the fine is not paid within 30 days of receipt of the order, the department shall send notice to the dealer to appear at an administrative hearing to show cause why all dealer plates should not be suspended for non-payment of the administrative fine.(b) The hearing shall be scheduled no earlier than 14 days from the date of the notice in (a) above.(c) In the event the hearings examiner finds that a dealer has not paid its administrative fine, all of the dealer plates shall be suspended pending receipt by the department of the administrative fine paid in full.N.H.
