Section Saf-C 217.03 - Request for Hearing

(a) A request for an administrative hearing, pursuant to Saf-C 217.02(c), shall conform with Saf-C 203.03.

(b) Pursuant to RSA 263:56-f, I, a request for a hearing received by the division of motor vehicles more than 30 days from the date the notice pursuant to Saf-C 217.02 is issued, shall be denied as untimely.

(c) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, a request for a hearing shall not stay the non-renewal.
