N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 208.07
If a person fails to respond within 20 days to the request from an evaluator and/or the financial responsibility administrator for the information necessary to determine the amount of the required security, the financial responsibility administrator and/or accident evaluator shall utilize the criteria under Saf-C 208.06(e) to determine an amount of security. This amount shall be adjusted upon the submission of documentation substantiating actual cost of the repair or replacement to property.
