Section Saf-C 203.35 - Date of Issuance or Filing(a) There shall be a rebuttable presumption that the date on the notice of any document governed by these rules was the date the document was issued by the department.(b) There shall be a rebuttable presumption that the date stamp on any document filed pursuant to these rules was the date it was received by the department.
