Section Saf-C 1908.04 - Owner's and Town Clerk's Copy of Title Application

Upon the sale of a vehicle, the dealer shall provide all necessary documentation, including the owner's and town clerk's copy of the application for title, form TDMV 23, "Application for Certificate of Title", (rev.07/19) or TDMV 23B, "Application for Certificate of Title", (rev. 07/18), to the owner for registration purposes.
