Section Saf-C 1809.03 - Notification of Traffic Violations by Court

(a) Pursuant to RSA 263:97, I(a), the clerk of court having jurisdiction shall notify the department of the conviction of any resident or non-resident commercial driver.

(b) For the purposes of (a) above, the clerk of court shall notify the department of the following:

(1) Docket number;

(2) Name of court;

(3) Driver's legal name and permanent address;

(4) Date of violation;

(5) Motor vehicle registration;

(6) Description of vehicle;

(7) Violation(s) committed;

(8) RSA violated;

(9) Name of complainant;

(10) Plea;

(11) Finding; and

(12) Sentence imposed.
