Section Saf-C 1808.07 - Suspension for False Information

Upon notification from a court that a New Hampshire nonresident commercial driver license holder has been convicted of a violation set forth in RSA 263:94, the commissioner shall issue a notice of suspension to the licensee at the last known address for the time period specified under RSA 263:94.
