Section Saf-C 1808.04 - Request for Reinstatement 10 Years After Lifetime Disqualification

Notwithstanding any rules in this part to the contrary,

(a) If a driver operates a motor vehicle and is convicted of using the vehicle in the commission of a felony involving manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing a controlled substance, as defined by RSA 318-B:1, the driver shall be disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle for life and shall not be subject to reinstatement; and
(b) If a driver operates a motor vehicle and is convicted of using a commercial motor vehicle in the commission of a felony involving an act or practice of severe forms of trafficking in persons, as defined and described in 22 U.S.C. 7102(11), the driver shall be disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle for life and shall not be subject to reinstatement.
