Section Saf-C 1707.02 - Application

(a) The department shall furnish applications for a 20 day hunter permit at the Stephen E. Merrill Building, Division of Motor Vehicles, 23 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03305 or any permit service company.

(b) Each applicant for a 20 day hunter permit shall submit the following:

(1) Beginning and ending dates for which the permit is requested;

(2) Owner's name and address;

(3) Title state of the vehicle;

(4) Unladen weight of the vehicle;

(5) Year and make;

(6) Vehicle identification number;

(7) Current plate number and state of issuance; and

(8) Signature of applicant and date signed.

(c) Each application for a 20 day hunter permit shall be submitted, in person or by mail, to:
