Section Saf-C 1703.10 - New Hampshire Title Requirements

(a) Each applicant for an IRP registration shall submit a copy of a title certificate from a state of current registration.

(b) In the event the name of the registrant is not the same as the name of the owner appearing on the title, the named owner shall sign the back of schedule A/E.
