Section Saf-C 1634.02 - Classification-Explosive(a) Water gels containing a substance in itself classified as an explosive shall be classified as an explosive and shall be manufactured, transported, stored, and used in the same manner specified for explosives in these rules.(b) Water gels containing no substance in itself classified as an explosive, but which can be detonated by a no. 8 test blasting cap, shall be classified as an explosive and manufactured, transported, stored, and used in the same manner specified for explosives in these rules.N.H.
