Section Saf-C 1628.05 - Precautions

Cars loaded with explosive materials shall be so placed that they will be safe from all probable danger from fire. They shall not be placed under bridges or over-head highway crossings, nor in or alongside of passenger sheds or stations, except when loading or unloading.
