Section Saf-C 1626.04 - Warning Signal(a) Before a blast is fired, a loud warning signal shall be given by the person in charge, who has made certain that: (1) All surplus explosives are in a safe place;(2) All persons and vehicles are at a safe distance or under sufficient cover; and(3) An adequate warning has been given.(b) For the purposes of this section, a loud warning signal means that it is capable of being heard by people within the landing area of the blasting site in which debris might fall.N.H.
