Section Saf-C 1622.01 - Drivers

(a) Vehicles transporting explosive materials shall only be driven by and be in the charge of a properly licensed driver who is in compliance with Saf-C 603.09.

(b) Drivers shall be familiar with the traffic regulations, state laws, and the provisions of this code.
