Storage facilities in which low explosives are stored shall be located at minimum distances from inhabited buildings, passenger railways, public highways, and from other storage facilities in which explosive materials are stored as specified in Saf-C 1640.01, provided that this table shall not apply to any indoor storage facility. The distances shown therein shall not be reduced by the presence of barricades.
