Section Saf-C 1605.04 - Renewal Procedures(a) Applications for renewal of licenses shall be made on form DSSP 110, DSSP 121, or DSSP 108, effective May 2013, as applicable.(b) If the renewal application is filed with the director prior to the expiration of the current license, the renewal shall become effective when the old license expires.(c) No renewal license shall be issued more than 30 days before the expiration date of the current license. If an application for renewal is filed more than 30 days after the expiration of the old license, it shall be considered as an application for an original license.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1605.04
