Section Saf-C 1410.15 - Injury and Damage (a) All injuries or deaths shall be reported to the department within one hour, and the device shall be closed until the department reopens it. (b) All injuries, deaths, or equipment damage shall be recorded in the site log, which shall be available for inspection by the department during business hours.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1410.15
