Section Saf-C 1405.02 - Operator Required(a) Staffing of operators and attendants shall be in conformance with manufacturer's requirements.(b) In the event that original manufacturer staffing information is not available, staffing of operators and attendants shall be as follows: (1) There shall be one authorized operator on site for each carnival or amusement ride in operation; and(2) The operator shall attend his or her assigned carnival or amusement ride and no other while the carnival or amusement ride is in operation.(c) Operators shall conform to the manufacturer's requirements for operational personnel.(d) Notwithstanding (a)-(c) above, staffing of operators and attendants of challenge courses or zip lines shall conform to the standards set forth in the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B.N.H.
