Section Saf-C 1405.01 - Operational Requirements(a) Carnival or amusement rides shall be operated only after the requirements of RSA 321-A and these rules have been met. The carnival or amusement rides shall be operated only by personnel certified by the owner or operator to be competent, experienced, and instructed in the operation of the carnival or amusement ride(s) which they are responsible for operating. This certification shall be kept in the ride file jacket.(b) Except in an emergency, no person shall operate a carnival or amusement ride until that person has been authorized to engage in such operation. Such authorization shall be given only by the owner or operator of the carnival or amusement ride.(c) The responsibility for the safe operation of all carnival or amusement rides shall rest with the owner/operator.N.H.
