N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1401.34

Section Saf-C 1401.34 - Scope

(a) The department shall construe "carnival or amusement ride" as defined in RSA 321-A:1, I to include but not be limited to the following:

(1) Water slides;

(2) Alpine slides;

(3) Mountain coasters;

(4) Bumper boats;

(5) Go carts;

(6) Water rides or conveyances;

(7) Bungee jumping;

(8) Slides over 8 feet in height;

(9) Devices that require the user to wear a body harness;

(10) Air supported structures;

(11) Amusement attractions;

(12) Homemade rides;

(13) Challenge courses, and

(14) Zip lines.

(b) Unless otherwise specifically stated in these rules, all devices listed in (a) above shall be subject to the provisions of these rules. Carnival or amusement rides not subject to these rules shall be those such as coin operated rides.
