Section Saf-C 1312.09 - Bodily Fluid Spill Kit

(a) Each multipurpose passenger vehicle shall be equipped with a detachable bodily fluid spill kit, which shall not have sharp protrusions and which shall be securely mounted in an accessible location.

(b) Each bodily fluid spill shall, at a minimum, include the following:

(1) Gloves made of latex, rubber, plastic or its equivalent;

(2) A disinfectant, such as bleach;

(3) Leakproof bags; and

(4) Paper towels.
