Section Saf-C 1312.08 - First Aid Kit

(a) Each multipurpose passenger vehicle shall have a first aid kit securely mounted in an accessible location. The kit shall be fully equipped, in good condition and of sufficient size to hold the required contents.

(b) Each first aid kit shall, at a minimum, include the following:

(1) Two - 1" X 2 1/2 yards adhesive tape rolls;

(2) Twenty-four - 3" X 3" sterile gauze pads;

(3) One hundred - 3/4" X 3" adhesive bandages;

(4) Eight - 2" bandage compress;

(5) Ten - 3" bandage compress;

(6) Two - 2" X 6" sterile gauze roller bandages;

(7) Two - nonsterile triangular bandages approximately 40" X 36" X 54";

(8) Two - safety pins;

(9) Three - 36" X 36" sterile gauze pads;

(10) Three - sterile eye pads;

(11) One - rounded end scissors;

(12) One - pair of medical examination gloves; and

(13) One - mouth-to-mouth airway.
