Section Saf-C 1310.05 - Bodily Fluid Spill Kit

(a) Each type A, B, C or D school bus shall be equipped with a detachable bodily fluid spill kit, which shall not have sharp protrusions and which is securely mounted in an accessible location in the driver's compartment.

(b) Each bodily fluid spill kit shall, at a minimum, include the following:

(1) Gloves made of latex, rubber, plastic or its equivalent;

(2) A disinfectant, such as bleach;

(3) Leakproof bags; and

(4) Paper towels.
