Section Saf-C 1308.30 - Sun Visor(a) An interior adjustable sun visor, no less than 6 inches in width and 30 inches in length, shall be installed on the driver's side above the windshield so that it can be turned up when not in use. It shall be firmly supported by 2 brackets.(b) The sun visor on each type A school bus shall comply with the manufacturer's specifications.(c) In the event a sun visor is of the translucent/shaded type, the visor shall not be obstructed by stickers, tape or any other item that would interfere with its visibility.N.H.
