Section Saf-C 1308.10 - Frame(a) The frame shall be of such design and strength to correspond, at a minimum, with the standard practice for the frames of commercial trucks of the same general load characteristics which are used on the highway.(b) The drilling of holes in the top or the bottom of flanges or side units of the frame and welding on the frame shall not be permitted except as provided by the chassis manufacturer.N.H.
