Section Saf-C 1308.08 - Fenders(a) The total spread of the outer edges of each fender, measured at the fender line, shall exceed the total spread of the front tires when the front wheels are in the straight-ahead position.(b) The front fenders shall be properly braced and free from any body attachments.
