Section Saf-C 1304.05 - Exemption From School Bus Driver's Certificate(a) Each person who transports his/her own children in a private passenger vehicle to or from school or a school related activity shall not be required to obtain a school bus driver's certificate pursuant to RSA 263:29 and these rules.(b) Each person who transports other children in a private passenger vehicle to or from school or a school related activity shall not be required to obtain a school bus driver's certificate pursuant to RSA 263:29 and these rules, as long as he/she is not under contract or reimbursement agreement with a municipality.N.H.
