Section Saf-C 1210.03 - Approval

(a) The commissioner, upon recommendation by the state fire marshal, shall approve a training program that meets or exceeds the educational standards specified in these rules.

(b) The commissioner, upon recommendation by the state fire marshal, shall approve an examination program that meets or exceeds the educational standards specified in these rules.
