Section Saf-C 1205.02 - Renewal of Lapsed Certificates(a) If a firm certificate of registration or individual certificate has been expired for not longer than one year, the certificate shall be renewed upon payment of the applicable fee, as set forth in Saf-C 1206.01(e) or Saf-C 1206.01(f).(b) If a firm certificate of registration or individual certificate has been expired for longer than one year, the certificate shall not be renewed. The applicant shall apply for a new firm certificate of registration or individual certificate, as applicable.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1205.02
