Section Saf-C 1009.01 - High Risk Driver

For the purposes of this section, "high risk driver" means a driver who, because of an apparent physical or psychological impairment or condition, needs a reexamination in order to determine their fitness to safely drive a motor vehicle so as not to endanger the public.
