Section Saf-C 1002.07 - Applicant with Out of State Address

An application for a driver license that does not bear a legal address within the state of New Hampshire shall be rejected and returned to the applicant, pursuant to Saf-C 1002.08, for the applicant to prove that they are a resident of New Hampshire.
