Section Saf-C 102.02 - Commissioner of Safety

The commissioner of safety is the chief executive officer of the department, which consists of:

(a) The following divisions:

(1) The division of motor vehicles;

(2) The division of state police;

(3) The division of safety services;

(4) The division of fire standards and training;

(5) The division of administration;

(6) The division of fire safety;

(7) The division of emergency medical services; and

(8) The division of information technology.

(b) The following bureaus:

(1) Bureau of hearings; and

(2) Bureau of common carriers.
