Section He-P 4038.04 - Communications

All communications and reports concerning the rules in He-P 4038 shall be sent as follows:

(a) By mail addressed to: ATTN: Radioactive Materials Manager, DHHS/Radiological Health Section, 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301-6504; or

(b) By hand delivery to the above address.
