Section He-P 4032.16 - Ice Detection Devices Containing Strontium-90; Requirements for License to Manufacture or Initially Transfer

An application for a specific license to manufacture or initially transfer ice detection devices containing strontium-90 for distribution to persons generally licensed under the Nuclear Regulatory Commission 10 CFR 31.10 shall be approved if:

(a) The applicant satisfies the general requirements specified in He-P 4030.09; and
(b) The applicant satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR 32.61 and 32.62.
