Section He-P 3011.02 - Definitions(a) "Label" means a sticker with information identifying the protective headgear as compliant with 16 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 1203 by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) .(b) "Protective headgear" means a bicycle helmet that adheres to the appropriate safety standard set forth in 16 C.F.R. Part 1203 by the CPSC.
