Section He-P 2504.01 - Residency

(a) An applicant shall be:

(1) A resident of the state of New Hampshire; and

(2) A United States citizen or a legal alien.

(b) Visitors or persons arriving in the state for special treatment shall not be considered to meet the requirement in (a) above.
