N.H. Admin. Code § He-P 2311.01

Section He-P 2311.01 - Application Requirements

(a) Non-exempt homestead food operations shall apply for a Class H food service license.

(b) Non-exempt homestead food operations applying for a Class H license shall comply with all of the application requirements of He-P 2304.01 except that:

(1) They shall not be required to submit the plan review application required under He-P 2304.01(a) (5) and wastewater items required under He-P 2304.01(a) (4) and He-P 2304.07;

(2) They shall submit process review documentation in accordance with He-P 2311.03, as applicable; and

(3) They shall also submit the following:

a. A copy of one finished product label which meets the requirements of He-P 2311.04 below; and

b. A list of all products to be manufactured.
