Section He-C 6910.08 - Additional Requirements for Participants of NHEP(a) A parent who is participating in NHEP and in compliance with He-W 637 shall be eligible for child care scholarship.(b) If the parent is not in compliance with the NHEP requirements, the parent shall be granted continued assistance for up to 92 calendar days..(c) A parent participating in training and education as a part of his or her approved NHEP activities pursuant to He-W 637.22 and He-W 637.23 shall be eligible for child care scholarship for a total of 104 weeks in a lifetime.N.H.
