Section He-C 6910.05 - Application for Expedited Child Care(a) An applicant experiencing homelessness as defined in the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, section 725(2) of 42 USC 11434a(2) (2011) shall be authorized to receive expedited child care scholarship within 7 calendar days of the application date if the applicant: (1) Provides the district office with an application including the parent's full legal name, address, or means of contact, and the parent's signature;(2) Identifies a child care provider that is currently enrolled with the DHHS child care scholarship program;(3) Has not previously had expedited child care terminated due to failure to provide required verification or has since provided verification and been determined eligible; and(4) Is in an employment related activity. (b) Expedited child care shall also be available to an applicant who meets (a)(1)-(4) above and is seeking housing in the same week.N.H. Code Admin. R. He-C 6910.05
