Section He-C 6910.02 - Scope(a) This part shall apply to families who require child care scholarship and who are either receiving financial assistance from DHHS under the financial assistance to needy families (TANF) program as described in He-W 602.02(a), or whose income is at or below 220% of the federal poverty guidelines, Tier 1, and greater than 220% and less than or equal to 250% of the federal poverty guidelines, Tier 2, as long as a family meets the requirement described in He-C 6910.06(b).(b) The scholarship payments established pursuant to He-C 6910 shall be contingent upon the availability and continued appropriation of sufficient funds for this purpose, and in no event shall DHHS be liable for any payments hereunder in excess of such available appropriated funds.N.H.
