Section Env-Hw 706.03 - Waiver of Permit Requirements for Emergency Response

Subject to Env-Hw 701.02(c), a person shall not be required to obtain a permit for treatment or containment activities taken during immediate response to the situations described in Env-Hw 701.02(a)(8).
