Section Env-Hw 704.04 - Untimely Rejections(a) If the transporter has already left the facility when the facility operator rejects the shipment, then the facility operator shall contact the generator and shall return the waste to either: (2) An alternate permitted facility designated by the generator.(b) If the shipment is directed to an alternate facility pursuant to (a)(2), above, then: (1) The operator shall write the alternate designated facility or generator name and EPA identification number in manifest item 19b; and(2) The alternate facility receiving the shipment shall sign in manifest item 18c.N.H.
