Section Env-Hw 1105.03 - Outside Storage in 100-year Floodplain Prohibited

A very large quantity handler shall not store universal waste outside within a 100-year floodplain as identified based on the latest Flood Insurance Studies or flood hazard boundary maps prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
