Section 27-220-I-1.1 - "Age 50 Plus Catch-Up Contribution"

"Age 50 Plus Catch-Up Contribution" means the catch-up contribution for Participants who attain age 50 by the end of the calendar year, as permitted under Code Section 414(v) pursuant to Section 4.4.
