Rule 23-103-4.9 - Contents of Safety Deposit BoxA. Some or all of the contents of a safety deposit box may be countable as resources based on the appropriate policy applicable to the type of resource, i.e., stock certificated, coins, jewelry, life insurance policy, etc.B. If a recipient's possessions are stored in another person's' safety deposit box, access to the contents must be deteremined. Access would be determined the owner's statement.C.
